I have received some feedback like this from the customer bought SMARTSPROUTER. Finally we have found what was wrong in their cases. As it could be seen, there is a gap about 8mm between bottom of the internal can and bottom of the outer can - through this gap the air flow achieve the seeds and provides its sprouting. If this gap becomes smaller, the air can not achieve germinating seeds in enough volume, and the soacked seeds really could not sprout and just become rot. And how we have found, exactly in theese cases customers after soaking time just did not make the sprouter fully empty from the water, and some quantity of the water residues in it and collects at the bottom, so the gap for air really being decreased by this layer of water. Please try to make the water FULLY empty after soaking time, sometimes (specially by beens) better to make the sprouter empty even once more after several minutes to be sure that no water layer remain inside the outer can. This simple rule helped in all the cases that people complained, and after it I had no one negative feedback. If there is no water block the air gap at the bottom, any kind of seeds and beens should sprouts very quickly and without any rot.
